      Scope/Summary:
 
      This project consisted of entrance road improvements including road widening, an extension of  
      the existing loop road, and traffic signals at the south end of the campus. The goal was to solve
      traffic and safety problems stemming from having only two access roads leading to the college, a 
      new freeway access, and no continuous campus road.
