Proposition V
Scope/Summary:
Civil, mechanical, plumbing and electrical enginteers have been hired to validate the utility
loads on existing infrastructure to determine necessary repairs, replacements, or
upgrades to accommodate the demands of the proposed Prop V buildings. Existing
utilities include: water, sewer, storm water, electrical, gas, chilled water, sprinkler, and
heating.
