The Arts & Communication Complex will be constructed in two phases. The Performing and Visual Arts Center
is
the first phase
.
The scope of
Phase 1 included the removal of buildings 22 A-C and the construction of a new 38,680 square foot,
390-seat teaching and performace theater. The theater will also include the new Hyde Gallery.
