Energy conservation
will be achieved through the integration of solar passive design strategies, resulting in greater energy performance, optimum energy cost savings and better overall life-cycle costs. Strategies will include the use of enhanced building insulation, natural ventilation, solar heating for swimming pools and domestic water, and photovoltaics.
