The GCCCD Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) is an advisory body to the district on matters related to the Propositions R and V construction bond program implementation as required by California’s Proposition 39, which mandates that citizen advisory panels be established to assure accountability for the use of public funds.

A representative of a senior citizen group, an active member of a Cuyamaca or Grossmont College advisory committee, and an individual with expertise in finance or accounting are needed to fill vacancies on the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District’s citizens’ bond oversight committee. The public is encouraged to attend CBOC meetings and offer any comments or ask any questions regarding the propositions. Please see the homepage for details on the upcoming CBOC meeting.
